My journey in fitness began at the age of 16 when my step dad, a former personal trainer, introduced me to the gym. While I had always been interested in fitness, it was under his guidance that I truly began to make progress. Learning the importance of proper form, technique, and programming, I quickly realized that fitness was about more than just physical appearance.

Working out became a source of self-esteem, confidence, and mental resilience during a challenging stage in my life. It was this transformative experience that ignited my passion for helping others through personal training.
