What Does A Session Look Like?

Once the warm-up is complete, we dive into the heart of the session: resistance training. This portion of the session will make up the majority of the hour-long session. I will then guide you through a variety of resistance exercises, utilizing equipment such as dumbbells, resistance bands, or weight machines, depending on your preferences and goals.

The resistance training exercises are carefully selected to target specific muscle groups and address your individual needs.
