The personalized training by Tristen is outstanding! I have been working with him for a few months now and he has exceeded my expectations. He explains each workout and “how-to’s” you would expect from a trainer but, more importantly, he explains the “why’s” with attention to detail. I always feel that I have a great session and am motivated and excited to come back for the next one. As an added benefit Tristen enjoys discussing nutrition and a healthy lifestyle yet it’s never forced or judgmental. The gym is perfect for me as it is less than 5 minutes from my home, the facility is very clean, equipment is well maintained, and most importantly staff and clients are respectful and supportive of one another. Tristen is great! I have quite a few old injuries that often trigger problems for me, but Tristan is always on top of ways for me to work out that don’t make things worse and allow me to get exercise and build muscle. As a senior citizen, having an educated trainer is crucial, since aging bodies don’t react the way young ones do. He is friendly, easy going and fun to work with.
